Polly Ranch Homeowners Association Bylaws

The subdivision bylaws specify how the HOA will be run, including defining the conditions for membership, the minimum frequency for membership meetings, the composition of standing committees, the number of and term for Board members, and the method for updating the Deed Restrictions. Bylaws may be amended by vote approval of at least a majority of lots present at a meeting that satisfies the 20-lot quorum.
